Educational Background: 

Ali has a Bachelor Degree in Nutrition from the Lebanese International University. He also has a Masters Degree in Food Science & Technology from the Lebanese International University.

Certifications and Awards:

Ali has been certified by the head of the Microbiology LAB (USJ) for all Food and Water Microbiology hazards and the latest efficient ways for solving, and Ali has been certified for the ISO 22000 Essentials with all its procedure and documentation. After that, he took the Food Safety Certificate with the coordination of the Lebanese American University.

Experience and Specialty:

Ali was the production manager for 7 years for a company that has been producing mayonnaise, tomato Paste and ketchup for all the Lebanese market, and at that era he was the one responsible for all the GMPs, Trainings, ISO certification and documentation and the head of the research department. Later on, he was a consultant for different factories in Lebanon, Syria, Jordan for implementing different strategies and plans either for establish, or resuscitation of the companies.

Arabic and English  (reading, writing, and speaking).
